WaterGuard has been installed around the perimeter of the affected areas in both the garage and basement. It collects water along the foundation, preventing it from entering the interior space. This water is subsequently directed to the sump pump basin.
WaterGuard perimeter drainage has been installed along the foundation walls to intercept any water before it can enter the basement. Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system has been installed around the oil tank, which connect to WaterGuard, forming a unified pathway for water to flow towards the sump pump. The UltraSump sump pump then expels the water from the property via a discharge line.
WaterGuard was installed to the perimeter of the basement wall to capture water before it seeps into the basement.
Before starting work on the project, notice how the crawl space didn't have any insulation. This created cold floors. The crawl space being damp also created musty odors throughout the home.
