WaterGuard has been installed along the interior perimeter of the fieldstone foundation to collect water and channel it to the sump basin.
The homeowner had cinderblocks around the perimeter of their basement as a DIY form of support for foundation walls. This unorthodox method was unable to provide the support needed, as the wall can be seen shearing and bowing inwards.
The old sump pump in the crawl space was unable to remove water, putting the crawl space in jeopardy. Besides flooding, the lack of a lid further exposes the crawl space to moisture, which can foster mold growth, musty smells, and wood rot.

Our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system is installed along the border of the foundation walls and floor. It collects water from the outside wet soil before allowing it to seep through the foundation.
FlexiSpan crack repair is a three-part process starting with the application of a flexible sealant along the entire length of the crack. Following this, a strip of flexible, porous foam is placed over the crack. The final step involves adhering an impermeable membrane to the wall on both sides of the foam strip.
