Concrete along the interior of the basement was removed so WaterGuard could be installed. WaterGuard collects water and delivers it to the sump pump to be removed from the home before it is able to access the basement space. You can tell how high the water table is from how wet the crushed stone is shortly after being put in place.
As seen in the photo, the concrete patio has started to sink into the soil, while also starting to form cracks. Looking to be proactive before the situation worsened, they reached out to us for our concrete repair services.
Prior to the application of PolyLevel and NexusPro, the walkway leading to the front door detracted from the home's curb appeal.
This garage floor crack, along with sunken concrete, allowed water to enter into the basement during rains.
Here, water can be seen on the basement floor. This completely ruined the flooring and walls, which had to get demoed as a result.

WaterGuard was installed in the area where the foundation wall meets the floor to collect water and deliver into the sump basin.
