TrenchDrain, a type of WaterGuard serving as a surface drainage system, has been installed at the garage entrance. It is designed to collect water during heavy rainfall.
WaterGuard has been installed around the foundation's perimeter to gather water and channel it to the sump pump, preventing it from reaching the basement.
The front stairs can be seen leaning forwards due to settling.
WaterGuard has been installed around the perimeter of the foundation to gather water from the moist soil outside. It then directs this water to the sump pump.
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect water before being able to access the basement and transport it to the sump pump system. In order to allow space for the system to be installed, the crew removed the lower portion of the damaged drywall. Concrete along the perimeter of the basement floor was then removed. The WaterGuard system was set in crushed stone, and then concreted into position.
