WaterGuard was installed along the interior of the foundation to capture water before it accesses the basement.
The WaterGuard channels were installed along the entire perimeter to capture water entering the basement. These channels all flow toward the low point, which is the sump pump basin. Both the sump pump system and perimeter drains will have new concrete installed over and around them to complete the system.
When the current owner bought the home the previous owner said the basement had never flooded. The basement flooded in the first year the new owners lived in the home.
Our WaterGuard perimeter drainage system is installed along the border of the foundation walls and floor. It collects water from the outside wet soil before allowing it to seep through the foundation.
Water was seeping into the basement during heavy periods of rain.
Here, water can be seen on the basement floor. This completely ruined the flooring and walls, which had to get demoed as a result.
The walls in the basement had blemishes and didn't look appealing.
The previous sump pump that was installed was unable to capture water, leaving the basement exposed to water.
