The previous owners of the home warned the current homeowners about this crack in the foundation.
The homeowner had cinderblocks around the perimeter of their basement as a DIY form of support for foundation walls. This unorthodox method was unable to provide the support needed, as the wall can be seen shearing and bowing inwards.
The wall can be seen bowing in on the outside of the building.
The old bulkhead was allowing water to penetrate into the basement.
The foundation wall in the garage had cracks which were causing concern.
The team excavated the concrete around the basement's perimeter to create room for the installation of the WaterGuard system.
The Porch at the back of this home had a foundation issue.
