After all the sections were lifted and stabilized, NexusPro silicone was used to seal all the cracks and prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete.
The photograph displays the cracks in the homeowner's pool deck, which mar the aesthetic and raise concerns about potential further damage.
The front of the driveway was sunken, causing an annoyance when pulling in and out of the driveway.
All of the cracks were sealed with NexusPro, a silicone based caulking that helps protect the concrete from future settlement.
The concrete adjoining the bottom step to the front door of the home had settled a couple inches over the span of just 4-5 feet. This meant the first step was too high. The homeowner wanted a solution to lift the concrete without having to tear out or replace the sidewalk.
Our team completed their installation of the TripleSafe sump pump system in this basement in Nashua. The customers home was left clean and tidy, and will stay dry and be protected against water intrusion. Once the concrete dries, the colors will blend into the basement area.
