This IceGuard protection system effectively prevents the water from freezing in the discharge line, allowing the waterproofing system to operate year-round with no concerns.
Before the CleanSpace and WaterGuard were installed the homeowner had to move any obstruction from the wall.
Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, TerraBlock, Rim Joist Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona to encapsulate the crawlspace and control the humidity.
The insulation in the crawlspace was falling and the floors above get cold in the wintertime.
The outside of the home before the radon system was installed.
The homeowner was experiencing water penetrating the basement and they have grown tired of cleaning it up.
The old sump pump in the crawl space was unable to remove water, putting the crawl space in jeopardy. Besides flooding, the lack of a lid further exposes the crawl space to moisture, which can foster mold growth, musty smells, and wood rot.
The homeowner's basement experienced severe flooding, which damaged personal items and endangered the utilities.
