The crew was professional and very friendly. They called before they came to let us know the expected time of arrival, and explained what they would be doing for the day. They also provided an update at the end of the day.

What made you choose our company:
I chose Green Factor after seeing a video on YouTube, and decided to get a home assessment due to our electric bill being high all the time. We felt the change in our home temperature immediately!! We have not gotten our first bill, but our AC unit is currently not turning on and off constantly, as it previously did.
