Our Overall Service
I am fairly satisfied with MABS. They worked hard to eliminate a front-step water ponding issue that required two follow-up lifts. However, some ponding of water still is present in other areas of the parking pad but not in the critical front step area. MABS should learn that customers won't like ponding of water on their newly lifted and leveled concrete....period. MABS should ensure that the lift/level ensures proper water shedding even if that means non-traditional water shedding techniques.
Call Representative
Call representatives were always pleasant and helpful.
Sales Process
Bryan Nachazel was thorough and knowledgable about the product, process and expected outcomes. Bryan did not make the homeowner (me) aware at the onset that water ponding could result from the lift/leveling effort.
Our Installation Crew
All crew members present at each lift event (3 total) were experienced and easy to work with. The crew on the second lift induced cracks into the concrete pad and backed off from further needed lifting. MABS installation crews should ensure that water ponding does not develop as a result of the lift/leveling effort.
The Cleanup Process
All crews left the site as they found it.
