Our Overall Service
Internal scheduling issues and personnel changes need to be handled better. Rescheduling countless times and calling the day off at 9:30am is not acceptable, doesn't work for customers and should be avoided at all cost. Unexpected things can happen, understand, so one time is ok. But 5 times? Leaves a really bad taste... Don't schedule if you can't commit. And your company management needs to be more pro-active in helping you to avoid these kind of scenarios.
Call Representative
I understand they did what they had to do. The calls of crew not showing up always came in at pretty much exactly 9:30am though. It wasn't figured out until that late in the morning that no one will go on that job? The first attempt to call the customer needs to go out at 8am! And why isn't your crew in the truck at 6am for a job that far out of town or drives there the night before?
Sales Process
Nothing wrong with the sales side of things. It was a job that had to get done by somebody anyways, so pretty much sold itself. On the first contact I'm only looking at total cost anyways. And I had multiple competitive quotes.
Our Installation Crew
Crew was professional, worked swiftly and overall did a good job.
The Cleanup Process
For the amount of dirt and dust generated doing a job like this, I was impressed by how "clean" they were able to keep it.

What type of work did you have done:

Basement Waterproofing

What made you choose our company:

From an engineering perspective I do believe your drain tile system is a better product than the perforated tube dug in deeper that your competition offers. That was the only reason.
