Job review from Margaret & Dianne in Milton, DE 19968 on 08/27/15

We were taken aback by an overall price for the project without itemizing labor/products etc. But it was explained by the owner (we believe) that the goal is to price solutions not products. That is somewhat of a gamble. However, if the job has a problem customer pays no more or if the job is easier, company has a small advantage. We understand estimates are made in good faith to try to benefit the customer as much as possible. We were given a discount because electric work not as involved.
