You installed a system in the house we purchased in August of 2012, and you had it installed the previous year. I was unaware from the previous owner to remove the outside hose - your company responded the following morning with my concern and had someone to my house within 8 hours - they were very efficient and courteous - from front office staff to your front line workers!
